Indigenous Workforce Consulting is an Aboriginal-owned company working in partnership with major Australian and International companies and organisations. We facilitate and empower social procurement and social impact policy and practice by guiding the development of best practice Aboriginal engagement, activities and programs.
We are dedicated to raising up new generations of Aboriginal business leaders and employees, working across industry and corporate Australia with the flow-on effect of positively influencing the lives of families and communities. We do this through partnerships with major Australian and international companies and organisations by facilitating and empowering their social procurement and social impact policy and practice and by guiding the development of best practice Aboriginal engagement activities and programs.

Our Team
brendan littlechild
Chief executive
Brendan has a background in the Youth, Community and Social Work sector including Federal Government funded and community-based projects. Much of this activity was supporting disadvantaged and at-risk youth. Brendan has extensive experience in supporting the design, implementation and monitoring of reconciliation action plans and currently sits as an external representative on the Westpac Indigenous Advisory Comittee, and the Australia Post RAP Advisory Group.
