Aboriginal Advisory Committee Recruitment in 2022

The South Australian Housing Trust Board are seeking new members for the SAHT Aboriginal Advisory Committee and have engaged Indigenous Workforce Consulting to facilitate the process.

New members will be appointed on the basis of their housing knowledge, skill and relevant experience.

The Aboriginal Advisory Committee provides critical advice to the SAHT Board and on matters of interest as it relates to Aboriginal Housing in South Australia. This Aboriginal-led and focused body aims to ensure Aboriginal voices are sought and heard in the South Australia’s housing system at a strategic and systemic level.

Following on from the 2021 launch of the South Australian Aboriginal Housing Strategy 2021-2031 and the SA Housing Authority's Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan August 2021- August 2023, the Aboriginal Advisory Committee thanks its partners and the community for their vital input into these important initiatives.
