Brendan has a background in the Youth, Community and Social Work sector including Federal Government funded and community-based projects. Much of this activity was supporting disadvantaged and at-risk youth. Brendan has extensive experience in supporting the design, implementation and monitoring of reconciliation action plans and currently sits as an external representative on the Westpac Indigenous Advisory Comittee, and the Australia Post RAP Advisory Group.
Adrian is a founding director of IWC and has been working as a specialist consultant for eight years across Australia and overseas. His areas of expertise are workplace culture; organisation design; individual and team performance and development; organisation and program review; industry analysis; workforce development and community engagement.
Roslyn has extensive leadership experience in government, NGO and community services sector. Her capabilities include: operational review and restructure; strategic planning; change management; contract management and compliance; clinical and professional supervision; Indigenous services; community and cross-cultural engagement; community development; child protection and alternative care services; refugee and asylum seeker services; mindfulness, diversity and resilience trainer.
